Aug 12 (Reuters) - Polyplex Corporation Ltd  PLYP.NS : 
 * To acquire equity stake in unit Peninsula Beverages and Foods, India from 
   Polyplex (Asia) Pte. Limited, Singapore. 
 
 * Source text: Polyplex Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange The Board of Directors of the Company have decided to acquire entire equity stake in its step down wholly owned subsidiary company viz. Peninsula Beverages and Foods Company Private Limited, India (non-material subsidiary) from Company s wholly owned subsidiary viz. Polyplex (Asia) Pte. Limited, Singapore. With the aforesaid acquisition of entire equity stake, Peninsula Beverages and Foods Company Private Limited, India will become direct wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
