MOSCOW, March 17 (Reuters) -
* Polyus PLZL.MM , Russia's largest gold producer, is
selling an 82.3 pct in its Nezhdaninskoye gold deposit in the
Yakutia region of Siberia to businessman Ivan Kulakov, the
Kommersant newspaper reported on Friday, citing three sources
familiar with the details;
* The deal is valued at up to $150 million and will be
closed in the near future, the sources said;
* Minority stake holder Polymetal POLYP.L will retain an
option of increasing its stake to 50 pct.
