Polyus EGM approves dividend for 1H 2017
PJSC Polyus (LSE, MOEX- PLZL) (Polyus, orthe Company), thelargest gold producer inRussia, announces that theCompany's Extraordinary General Meeting, held on15 September 2017 by absentee vote, approved thepayment ofdividends for the first sixmonths ended 30June 2017inthe amount of104.3 Russian roubles perordinary share.
This isequivalent toapproximately 1.8 U.S. Dollars perordinary share or0.9 U.S. Dollars perdepositary share (with twodepositary shares representing interest inone ordinary share) based onthe currency exchange ofthe Central Bank ofRussia of57.7706 Russian roubles per1 U.S. Dollar asof 15September 2017. 
Thetotal dividend payout amounts to13,759,716,172.60 Russian roubles, which as of 14 August 2017 (the dividend recommendation date) corresponded toapprox. 229 million U.S. Dollars, representing 30% ofthe Company's EBITDA for1H 2017 inline with theexisting dividend policy.
The dividend record date is 25 September 2017.
