MOSCOW, Aug 11 (Reuters) - Russia's largest gold producer
Polyus PLZL.MM reported on Friday a 9 percent rise in its
second-quarter sales in year-on-year terms to $617 million on
the back of higher gold output.
Polyus said in a statement that its second-quarter gold
output rose by 7 percent, year-on-year, to 488,000 troy ounces.
The company said it expects total gold output to further
increase to 2.35-2.40 million troy ounces in 2018 and to 2.80
million ounces in 2019.
