Portmeirion Group PLC, the designer, manufacturer and worldwide distributor of
high quality homewares under the Portmeirion, Spode, Royal Worcester,
Pimpernel, Wax Lyrical and Nambé brands confirms that Mike Raybould, Chief
Executive, and David Sproston, Group Finance Director, will provide a live
presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform on 27(th) March 2023 at
11:30am BST, relating to the Group's Annual Results which will be published on
23(rd) March 2023.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9:00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
