The Company has been notified that, on 31 March 2025, Peter Tracey
(Non-Executive Chairman of the Company) purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £1.57188 per share(1).
Following this transaction, Peter Tracey has an interest in 30,000 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 0.21% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital excluding Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

the private Tracey Family Office and an entity controlled by Peter Tracey
