Porvair plc ("Porvair" or the "Group")

 

AGM Trading Update

Porvair plc, the specialist filtration, laboratory and environmental
technology group, will make the following trading statement at its Annual
General Meeting later today at 11:00 a.m.:

In the four months ended March 2023, like-for-like constant currency revenue
growth was 8%. Order lead times are shortening to more normal levels as supply
chain disruption eases, notably in Laboratory and certain Industrial segments.
The Group order book is however currently higher than in all previous years.

The Group will announce its interim results for the six months ending 31 May
2023 on Monday 3 July 2023.
