In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 R (2) of the Listing Rules, Chris Tyler, Group Finance Director, has advised that he has been appointed as a non-executive director of Plant Impact Plc, with effect from 1 May 2015. 
The Board is satisfied that Chris Tyler's appointment with Plant Impact Plc complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2014.
