Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified on 4 February 2022 of the following sale on 3
February 2022 by Ben Stocks of ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary
Shares") in the Company.

Ben Stocks undertook the sale to meet tax and other financial commitments
commensurate with prudent personal financial planning.

Following this dealing, Ben Stocks' holding in the Company reduced to 516,108
Ordinary Shares, representing 1.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
