Director's Shareholding

The Company was notified that on 25 July 2024, Ben Stocks sold ordinary shares
of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows

Following this dealing, Ben Stocks' holds 194,471 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.4 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The sale of
Ordinary Shares was for prudent family financial planning ahead of Ben's
