Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been notified that, on 9 February 2026,
Hooman Caman Javvi, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 5,701 ordinary shares
of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of £8.70
per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Hooman Caman Javvi's holding in the Company is
5,701 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
