Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it has been notified that, on 16 February 2026,
Lisa Anson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 2,369 ordinary shares of 2
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of £8.38 per
Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Lisa Anson's holding in the Company is 2,369
Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
