In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 R (2) of the Listing Rules, Paul Dean, Non-Executive Director, has advised that he is a non-executive director of Focusrite plc, whose shares were admitted to AIM on 11 December 2014. 
The Board is satisfied that Paul Dean's appointment with Focusrite plc complies with the UK Corporate Governance Code 2012.
