Year end trading update and notice of results

Porvair, the specialist filtration, laboratory and environmental technology
group, announces the following trading update for the year ended 30 November
2025.

Pre-close trading update

The Group expects revenue growth to be around 1% (2% at constant currency),
with both operating profit and margin ahead of the prior year and adjusted
earnings per share marginally ahead of market expectations.  Net cash at 30
November 2025 was approximately £23 million (2024: £13.7 million).

Notice of results

Porvair will announce its results for the year ended 30 November 2025 on
Monday 9 February 2026.
