** If gains hold, stock will open at its highest since April
19
** Co signs collaboration agreement with Roche ROG.S to

** PSTX says will get $110 mln payment upfront as part of
the deal, in return for giving ROG the rights for late-stage
development and commercialization of therapies
** If certain milestones are met, PSTX could receive up to
$6 bln in payments
