Dutch tribunal says there is no obligation to subsidise PostNL
Sept 5 (Reuters) - The Netherlands' Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal found on Friday that there was no obligation for government to grant PostNL a subsidy, as it was not provided for in legislation. PostNL had appealed against the government's rejection of a $35 million prepayment request to support public postal services in 2025.
