July 18 (Reuters) - Poujoulat SA ALPJT.PA :
* Reports FY net income group share of 0.8 million euros
versus 3.1 million euros a year ago
* FY operating income is 2.9 million euros versus 4.7
million euros a last year
* Proposes FY dividend of 0.40 euros per share
* Says improvement of performance will be gradual and
especially important in H2 of fiscal year
* For the full year expects a growth of at least 5 pct and a
significant increase in profitability
