** Shares of IT services and consulting firm  PWFL.O  down
as much as 1.32% at $4.86 
    ** Co names Steve Towe as new CEO  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX3f2jzZ
    ** Towe replaces Chris Wolfe, who has retired from the
business after serving as CEO since Dec. 2016
    ** Towe has also been appointed to the PowerFleet Board of
Directors 
    ** Stock up ~2% YTD, as of last close
