** Set to fall the most since Sept 25

** State-run energy transmission co's Q2 profit fell 6% to 35.66 billion rupees y/y due to higher costs and projects cancellations

** Co's total expenses rose 5.8% to 77.33 billion rupees y/y, rev from ops up 1.8%

** 21 analysts rate "buy" on avg ; median PT is 323 rupees - data compiled by LSEG

** YTD, PGRD down ~10%
