** Invenia-STL Networks bags contract worth 3.59 bln rupees ($40.7 mln) from PowerGrid Teleservices, a unit of Power Grid Corporation of India PGRD.NS

** Order for IT and cloud infrastructure for a greenfield tier-III data centre at PowerGrid's Manesar facility

** STLW flat from its trading debut opening price on September 4
