** Infrastructure firm says it won a mine development and
operation project from Steel Authority of India SAIL.NS
** Estimated value of project at 304.38 bln rupees ($3.7
bln)
** Stock on track to rise for third straight session, if
gains hold
** Over 46,000 shares change hands by 09:23 a.m. IST, 1.3x
the 30-day moving avg
** As of last close, stock up ~113% so far this year
($1 = 82.2225 Indian rupees)
