Future Minerals Forum Attendance

Power Metal Resources PLC (AIM:POW), the AIM listed metals exploration and
development company, announces that its CEO, Sean Wade, will be attending the
Future Minerals Forum in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on 10-11 January
2024. During the Forum, the Company will be situated at Booth MH 10.

Sean will also be participating in a panel discussion on 10 January at 16:45
AST. The panel will be held at the Green Metals and Technology stage and will
be discussing building a robust and resilient junior minerals sector.
