Australia's Critical Resources rises on acquiring lithium prospective property

** Shares of Critical Resources Ltd  CRR.AX  rise as much as
13.3% to A$0.051, set for best day since Nov 8, if gains hold
    ** Miner to acquire 100% of the Gullwing-Tot Lakes property
from mining co, Power Metals Corp  PWM.V 
    ** Says property is considered to be highly prospective for
lithium mineralisation
    ** Says co's unit, Canada Critical Resources Corp has also
staked and registered 416 individual claims of property 
    ** Says acquisition and staked claims has significantly
increased the footprint of co's Mavis Lake Lithium Project in
Ontario, Canada 
    ** Co's shares hits their highest level since Dec 13
    ** Shares of co are up 18.4% YTD as of last close
