Dividend Declaration and Annual Report and Accounts

 

Power Probe, a leading producer of automotive electrical diagnostic tools for
professional service technicians, is pleased to announce that the Board has
declared an initial dividend of 2.16 cents (1.60 pence( 1 )) per ordinary
share, to be paid on 29 May 2026 to holders registered at the close of
business on 8 May 2026. The Company's shares will trade ex-dividend on 7 May
2026 (the "Initial Dividend").

The Initial Dividend is not a final dividend in respect of the full year ended
31 December 2025 and is not therefore subject to shareholders' approval at the
annual general meeting.

Going forwards, the Board will declare interim and final dividends in line
with a progressive dividend policy which reflects the long-term earnings and
cashflow potential of the Group whilst maintaining an appropriate level of
dividend cover. In line with this policy, the Board intends to declare an
interim dividend in September 2026 for the period ending 30 June 2026.

The Annual Report and Accounts has today been published on the Company's
website and will be posted to shareholders alongside the notice of annual
general meeting in due course.
