ALL TIMES GMT (Poland: GMT + 1 hour): EU SUMMIT Participants at a summit of European leaders on Ukraine declared they are ready to ramp up defence spending, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Sunday. DATA On Monday at 0800 S&P Global Market Intelligence will publish the PMI index for Poland. Analysts surveyed by Reuters estimate that it rose in February to 49 points from 48.8 points in January. DEBT On Monday at 1400 the Ministry of Finance will publish the debt supply for Wednesday's switch tender. CYBERATTACK Polish cybersecurity services have detected unauthorized access to the Polish Space Agency's (POLSA) IT infrastructure, Minister for Digitalisation Krzysztof Gawkowski said on Sunday.
