    ** The energy solutions firm declares a special dividend of
1 share in its unit Li-S Energy  LIS.AX  for every 3.5 PPK
shares
    ** About 311,00 shares change hands, 6.1 times the 30-day
avg volume
    ** PPK stock down ~52.7% YTD, including current session's
moves
