The Financial Conduct Authority has approved the base prospectus dated 21 August 2020 (the "Prospectus") in respect of Western Power Distribution (East Midlands) plc's, Western Power Distribution (South Wales) plc's, Western Power Distribution (South West) plc's and Western Power Distribution (West Midlands) plc's £4,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
