** Shares of electric and natural gas utility PPL Corp
 PPL.N  fall 1.22% to $34.10 premarket
    ** PPL misses Q4 profit estimates due to higher expenses
    ** Company posts Q4 adj earnings of 34 cents per share vs
analysts' estimates of 37 cents per share - data compiled by
LSEG
    ** PPL forecasts 2025 earnings in the range of $1.75 to
$1.87 per share, midpoint of which is below est of 1.83 per
share
    ** Company increases planned infrastructure investments to
$20 billion from 2025 through 2028, an increase of nearly 40%
from its prior plan
    ** As of last close, stock is up 6.4% YTD
