 * Voluntary announcement - investment in a joint venture  8201.HK  
 * Says purchaser entered into the equity transfer agreement with vendor a and 
   vendor b 
 * Purchaser has agreed to acquire from vendor a and vendor b 21% and 30% equity 
   interest in the target company respectively at a total consideration of 
   RMB2.5 million 
 * Pursuant to agreement vendor a and vendor b have agreed to sell 21% and 30% 
   equity interest in the target company respectively 
 * Purchaser is PPS environmental services while vendor a is lu yi vendor b is 
   yan huling
