Dec 9 (Reuters) - PPS International Holdings Ltd  8201.HK : 
 * 8 December 2015, received a letter from harney Westwood & riegels, a Cayman Islands lawyer 
 * Letter from harney claiming that it on behalf of zhao han had concerns in respect of disclosure of interest filed by China New Energy Power 
 * Says "no Cayman court proceeding was revealed as of the time of the search" 
 * Application has been made by the co for the resumption of trading in shares on the stock exchange from 9:00 a.m. on December 10, 2015 
 * Also not been served with any Cayman Islands court proceedings nor served with any injunction or other court order 
 * Harney raised concerns on how CNEP could acquire large number of shares at price substantially lower than then market price 
 * "Not aware of any Cayman Islands legal obstacle that should prevent the company from proceeding on the open offer"
