 * Reference is made to the company's announcements dated 9 December 2015, 24 December 2015, 30 December 2015 and 4 February 2016 
 * "Company has withdrawn its application for leave to appeal against the court order" 
 * Cayman court has also given draft directions as to the further proceedings of the petition at the hearing on 12 February 2016 
 * Upon application by co at hearing before cayman court on 12 February 2016, the cayman court further varied court order dated 18 December 2015 
 * "The company will continue to contest the petition" 
 * Says application made by co to stock exchange for resumption of trading in shares of co with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 17 February
