HK shares of Italy's Prada slip on report of considering buying Versace

** Hong Kong shares of Prada  1913.HK   1913.F  slip 0.8% to
HK$60, on course for the third straight session of decline
    ** Prada is considering buying fashion group Versace from
U.S. Capri Holdings, daily Il Sole 24 ore reported on Friday
    ** The report said that other fashion groups, as well as
private equity funds would be interested in Versace, but a value
for the Italian maison was still being discussed
    ** Hang Seng Consumption Index  .HSCGSI  falls 1.7% and Hang
Seng Index  .HSI  eases 0.8%
    ** Stock set for second consecutive week of declines
