The Company is pleased to announce the issue of a circular convening the first
Annual General Meeting of the Company which is being held at 2 p.m. on 23 July
2024 at Level 8 Bauhaus, 27 Quay Street, Manchester, England, M3 3GY (the
"Circular").

A copy of the Circular, which incorporates a notice of the Annual General
Meeting, is being distributed to shareholders today and will shortly be
available on the Company's website:
