Praetura Growth VCT plc (the "Company")

Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The Company announces that it has published a supplementary prospectus (the
"Supplementary Prospectus") relating to an offer for subscription for up to
£10 million (together with an over-allotment facility of up to a further 10
million) of new ordinary shares in the Company, which the Company announced on
8 November 2024 (the "Offer").

A copy of the Supplementary Prospectus has been submitted to the Financial
Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National
Storage Mechanism, which is located
