** Industrial products maker reports 56.7% Y/Y decline in Q4 consol net profit to 398.1 mln rupees ($4.7 mln)

** Revenue down 15.6% Y/Y at 8.6 bln rupees

** Trading vols at 2.6 mln shares, over 4x the 30-day average

** PRAJ down ~42% YTD
