** Shares of Precinct Properties New Zealand  PCT.NZ  rise
as much as 1.8% to NZ$1.685, their highest since July 19 
    ** Co says full-year net property income increased 27.9% to
NZ$124.4 mln ($87.55 mln) and revenue from ordinary activities

    ** Co forecast FY22 dividend guidance of 6.70 NZ Cents per
share. For FY21, co declared a fourth-quarter dividend of 1.25
NZ cents pr share 
    ** Stock on track for third consecutive session of gains 
    ** Stock down ~6% this year as of last close
