Precipio: Jumps after winning first order for cancer testing tech

cents; co among top pct gainers across U.S. exchanges in
premarket trading
    ** The specialty cancer diagnostics co says it has been
approved by the United States Department of Defense (DoD) as a
domestic vendor and receives first order for its cancer testing

    ** Co expects to deliver the order this month   
    ** PRPO shares lost 87 pct of its value last year and is up
7.1 pct so far in 2019
