** Shares of solar module exporters Waaree Energies WAAN.NS and Premier Energies PEME.NS fall 4.2% and 2.7%, respectively

** WAAN set to fall for a second straight session; however, stock is on track for a fifth monthly gain

** Decline in both stocks comes after U.S. said it would impose a 25% tariff on goods imported from India, starting August 1, and an unspecified penalty

** WAAN gets 17% of revenue from the U.S.; PEME also exposed, but exact share is not clear

** WAAN up ~10% YTD, PEME down 21%
