** Shares of Premier Explosives  PRMR.NS  rise as much as
6.5% to 470 rupees, their highest level since May 3
    ** Co says it won orders worth 767.8 mln rupees ($9.3 mln)
and 97.3 mln rupees ($1.2 mln) from Ministry of Defence and
Bharat Dynamics  BARA.NS  respectively
    ** Ministry of Defence order for supply of 50MM MTV flares
and BARA order for supply of booster grains
    ** Almost 72,000 shares change hands as of 10:35 a.m. IST,
5.3x the 30-day average
    ** Stock up 5.3% YTD as of last close
