Premier Foods plc (the Company)

 

Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ('PDMRs') and persons closely associated ("PCAs")

 

The Company announces that it was notified on 24 February 2022 of the
following transactions by Simon Rose, a PDMR of the Company, and his wife
Philippa Rose, a person closely associated with him. On 24 February 2022 Mr
Rose exercised an award over 301,780 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company ('Shares') under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP'). Mr
Rose then sold sufficient Shares to cover income tax and employee national
insurance, at a price of 110.55p per share.

Following the exercise, Mr Rose transferred 159,658 Shares to his wife. Also
