Notification of Results

 

Premier Foods plc will announce its Preliminary results for the 52 weeks ended
30 March 2024 on Thursday, 16 May 2024.  A presentation for analysts and
investors will be webcast at 9:00am, hosted by Alex Whitehouse, CEO and Duncan
Leggett, CFO. A recording of the webcast will be available on the Company's
website later in the day.

 

A conference call for bond investors and analysts will take place on Thursday
