Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces that on 25 April 2025 the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan operating through Global Shares Trustees (UK) Limited, a UK registered company, acquired 59,432 ordinary shares of 0.02 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at a cost of 49.94 pence per Ordinary Share for the Company's Share Incentive Plan ('Plan'). The purchases were made in the open market.

As part of the transactions referred to above and pursuant to disclosure requirements under the UK Market Abuse Regulation, certain PDMRs acquired Ordinary Shares as follows:
