PDMR/Director Dealing

 

Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) has today been notified of the following transactions:

 

On 10 March 2025, an award over 175,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Shares') in the form of a nil cost contingent share award, granted on 10 March 2022 and which vested on 10 March 2025, was automatically exercised via an irrevocable market instruction placed by the EBT on Monday 10 March 2025, in favour of Piers Harrison, a PDMR. The Shares are satisfied from an Employee Benefit Trust. Of those Shares awarded, 87,678 Shares were sold to satisfy the resultant income tax and National Insurance liability and the balance of 87,322 Shares will transfer to Piers Harrison, in satisfaction of the award.

 

On 10 March 2025, an award over 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Shares') in the form of a nil cost contingent share award, granted on 10 March 2022 and which vested on 10 March 2025, was automatically exercised via an irrevocable market instruction placed by the EBT on Monday 10 March 2025, in favour of Mike O'Shea, a PDMR. The Shares are satisfied from an Employee Benefit Trust. Of those Shares awarded, 100,203 Shares were sold to satisfy the resultant income tax and National Insurance liability and the balance of 99,797 Shares will transfer to Mike O'Shea in satisfaction of the award.
