PDMR/Director Dealing

Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) has been notified that yesterday, awards over a total of 81,154 ordinary shares in the Company ('Shares') in the form of a nil cost contingent share awards, granted in accordance with the 2016 LTIP rules on 1 June 2022 for the performance period 1 October 2022 to 30 September 2025, which vested on 13 January 2026, were automatically exercised via irrevocable market instructions placed by the Employee Benefit Trusts ('EBTs') on 13 January 2026, in favour of Directors Mike O'Shea and Piers Harrison. The Shares are satisfied from Employee Benefit Trusts.

Of those Shares, 16,943 Shares were sold by Piers Harrison to satisfy the resultant income tax and National Insurance liabilities.  The balances of 47,340 Shares and 16,871 Shares will transfer to Mike O'Shea and Piers Harrison respectively, in satisfaction of their awards.

Mike O'Shea's and Piers Harrison's resultant shareholdings in the Company are 4,549,508 Shares1,2 (representing approximately 2.79% of the issued share capital) and 370,2301 Shares (representing approximately 0.23% of the issued share capital) respectively.
