Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces that Will Smith is to step down
as a Non-Executive Director of the Board with effect from 30 September 2022 to
pursue his other business interests.

Alison Fleming will succeed Will Smith as Senior Independent Director and as
Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Robert Colthorpe, Chairman, commented:

"Will joined the Board of Premier Asset Management Group plc in October 2016
at the time of its IPO and has played an important role in guiding the Group's
strategy and in our governance, most recently as our Senior Independent
Director and Chair of Remuneration Committee. I join the Board in thanking
