Transfer of Initial Consideration Shares

Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces that further to the announcement
on 5 February 2024 regarding the allotment of certain Initial Consideration
Shares in connection with the acquisition of Tellworth Investments LLP, Paul
Marriage has sold and subsequently re-purchased part of those shares through a
Bed and ISA arrangement on Tuesday 31(st) March, 2026.  Paul Marriage
continues to hold a beneficial interest in those transferred Initial
Consideration Shares and the Initial Consideration Shares remain subject to
the same selling restrictions as set out in the Company's announcement of 1
November 2023.
