last up 1% 
    ** India will allocate 10 trln rupees ($119.6 bln) for urban
housing, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced in union
budget 2024/25 
    ** Top pct gainers on index - Oberoi Realty  OEBO.NS , Sobha
 SOBH.NS  and Prestige Estates Projects  PREG.NS
