premarket, set to open at a near six-month high of $4.13
    ** Co's Q2 net written premiums of $28.5 mln topped
expectations of $25.8 mln thanks in part to expansion in

    ** But co reported a larger Q2 loss of 40 cents/share vs
expectations of a loss of 14 cents/share
