Result of Annual General Meeting

 

Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group Plc (AIM: PR1) is pleased to announce that at the
Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions
were duly passed.

 

Resolution 2 was withdrawn ahead of the meeting as Mr Beardmore resigned as a
director of the Company on 25 March and did not offer himself for re-election.

 

Resolution 5 was amended to include the re-appointment of Marcus Yeoman as a
Director of the Company.  Marcus was appointed as Chairman of the Board on 25
March 2025 and pursuant to the Company's Articles of Association, was obliged
to offer himself for re-election at the AGM.
