Primorus Investments plc (the "Company") notes the release earlier today of an
announcement by Pri0r1ty Intelligence Group PLC ("PR1") concerning a lock-in
agreement to which the Company was a party. The Company has received a
pre-action letter from lawyers acting for PR1, which the Company intends to
